Cancellation Policy
- Should a cancellation request be made at least 24 hours prior to the designated delivery time, an unused credit, equivalent to the full value of the order, shall be granted.
- For orders scheduled for delivery within a 24-hour window, the client may cancel within 8 hours of placing the order to receive a full credit, valid for future use.
- In the event that the order has been dispatched but has not yet reached its intended destination, Houz of Zen will endeavor to intercept the delivery. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, only 50% of the order value will be credited.
- Unused credits are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of cancellation. After this period, any remaining credit will be deemed forfeited.
- Once an order has been successfully delivered, no returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be entertained.
Refund Policy
- As our floral creations consist of perishable goods, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
Should the customer receive an item in less-than-exemplary condition, they must notify Houz of Zen within 8 hours of receipt, providing irrefutable evidence to support their claim.
Upon validation of the claim, Houz of Zen shall arrange for the prompt replacement of the product with an identical or equivalent item.
Under no circumstances shall refunds be issued for customer-related errors, such as incorrect delivery information, refusal by the recipient to accept the item, or duplicate orders, provided no technical malfunction occurred during the payment process.
